Dr. Tram

It was an awesome experience...Dr. Tram took care of my needs yesterday. I haven't been to the dentist in over 7 plus years because I were afraid. I had two molars that were decayed and broken down to the gums and an infection. Dr.Tram assured me that I had nothing to fear and that he will take care of me and walk me through the whole procedure as it were being done and that he did! He explained to me the basic steps that needed to be done to get back on the road to good oral health. He explained to me that his concern is to not overwhelm his patients with what needs to be done all at once but to set a plan and from there continue to go to the next process which for me works. That made me feel comfortable and encouraged to open up and share my fears and concerns with him. He sat and listened and even related with me but most importantly he showed me the solutions verses the concerns and the positive feedback from it. He's a very cool guy and funny as well. I felt very relaxed with him especially being it was my first time in his seat and first time in many years seeing a dentist. I didnt expect to be getting work done yesterday but at the end of reviewing my x-ray and consultation I made a decision to boldly step to get the work done. He is a no pressure kind of guy. I like that as well. He said that its not about the money, its about the patient. He also said " if you be good too people and do good work the money will come." Also in saying this, his prices are very reasonable and his staff will work with you. I paid nothing out of pocket because I wasn't expecting to get work done. I were going to make another appointment and come back but he was concerned about the infection that I had, so he did the work and is allowing me to pay for everything on my next visit. I recommend his service to anyone who needs a dentist who knows what he's doing to go and visit his office. Oh and to really keep you relaxed, he has TV's on the ceiling for his patients to watch any movie they want. That was awesome because it got ne through my fear. His office decor is beautiful and a very clean and neat place, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I hope this helps anyone who needs service. Oh yeah to add, if you go on his website you can fill out the new patient form so you won't have to worry about it when you get there. That was a plus in my book!
