Rashya at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful to me. She helped me to understand my treatment plan as well as the pricing. She took her time and answered all of my questions. The rest of the staff were helpful as well.

This office was nice, clean and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and polite, but it was one in particular that really stood out, Rashya. She was an amazing help to me from the time I walked in. She has excellent customer service, a wonderful smile, positive attitude, & just a great personality overall. Having this encounter made me want to return to this office again & recommend others here. Thank you Rashya!

My experience at Lane Dentistry was exceptional. I have had a very bad experience with at least 3 other dentist in the past, but once I came to Lane dental everything from the reception to my new favorite Dr. Dr Mike explained the entire process from start to finish and never made me feel like the job was to challenging.. Overall dental visit was Excellent ! Scheduling appt over the phone was smooth. My initial exam with Dr DesRosiers was great, excellent chair-side manners and he explained everything very well. Fortunately, I only have 1 cavity. I scheduled my filling appointment with Dr DesRosiers. Dr Lane’s staff at this location are so nice, accommodating and they have excellent customer service skills. I was so Comfortable !!!

The reception name is Rashya Jackson all I can say is keep up the good customer service making customers feel pleasant on their visit to the dentist is so important especially being a nervous patient such as I!
