I cannot recommend this oral surgeon’s office enough! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how genuinely warm, kind, and sweet every single person on the team was. The front desk staff greeted me with big smiles and made me feel instantly at ease. The assistants and nurses were so caring and attentive—they truly treated me like family. Dr. Shemkus took time to explain everything in a calm, reassuring way that made me feel completely supported. My procedure was unbelievably quick and painless. I was in and out faster than I expected, with zero discomfort during or after. The whole experience was so positive that I actually left smiling (which I definitely wasn’t expecting on the day of oral surgery!). If you’re looking for an oral surgeon’s office that combines excellent clinical care with incredible human kindness, this is the place. I’ve already told all my friends and family to go here. My first impression walking through the doors was this is the right place for me. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming. The young ladies that brought me back were incredible. My appointment was for 3:30pm and I got there early and was seen literally 3 minutes when I sat down in the waiting area. I felt very comfortable in such a relaxing atmosphere. I had a wisdom tooth removed 5/20/26 with Dr. Gu Kayan amazing bedside manner. I had a 10;30 appointment and I was finished by 10:45. I swear to God am not sure what local Anesthesia he gave me but I felt absolutely nothing. It’s 1:10pm my anesthesia has worn off and I still feel no pain what so ever. The entire staff from the front reception check in to the folks in back were truly remarkable. I cannot say enough about my phenomenal experience at a dentist office off all places imagine that.

I went to them to remove a bad tooth and to prep and install an implant for a new tooth. I just had the implant surgery done today and my experience was wonderful. They answered all my questions and concerns. It was a pain free experience. I would highly recommend them for all surgical procedures. Thank you and your staff for all your support.

I arrived for my appointment to have several teeth removed. Dr Wilson told me my procedure and said you’ll be out in no time, I elected for Novocain instead of anesthesia. The procedure took about 25 minutes. Later I was given my instructions for caring to the area. Recovery was excellent

Dr. Lustbader is very capable, efficient and concerned with his patients. The staff has been with him for some time making it a comfortable place for an otherwise uncomfortable procedure. Everyone keeps the patient and designated driver informed of what to expect and cares.about g it a good experience.
