I had a great first online experience with Dr. Diamond. He called me immediately, after receiving my message with my concerns. My tooth was extracted earlier in the week by my local dentist and I was still in so much pain. It was the weekend and I wanted a second opinion. He advised a stronger antibiotic. After a short video call, I was picking up my prescription within the hour. I can't say I'm feeling better yet, as this was just a few hours ago, but his attentiveness and demeanor was so calming and professional. I highly recommend!! Thanks again Dr. Diamond! Do not use!!!! I paid for the service, kept kicking me out and stating my password wasn’t correct, had to go back and forth with my bank. I paid for service and never got the service AND NO ONE to CONTACT!! I tried Dentilu once and definitely better service tan this. I decided to try something new and absolutely horrible!! Very upset!

Denteractive was absolutely amazing! I called in the middle of the night, on a holiday weekend when NO ONE else was open, with a bad abscess. A real dentist called me back within an hour! He was polite, listened, gave incredible advice and answered my questions honestly. Also, Shawn, who set up the video call so that I was able to get the antibiotics that I needed, he was so incredible. Very kind and compassionate. Knows what he is doing, and has an answer for anything you throw at him! Denteractive is truly a company with real, live, knowledgeable and kind dentistsand staff that are there to help you in any way. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

100% recommend. I was experiencing Indescribable pain in my teeth and gums and was struggling to find a dentist for 3 or 4 hours. Calling all kinds of places I found on google only nican you to be continuously sent to voicemail, until I called Denteractive. As soon as I call I spoke to a real person who could hear the pain in my voice as I struggled to give him my info and tell him what’s wrong. He work with very fast to get me on the phone with a doctor and the same time very patient with me. He got my on contact with a doctor and the doctor was very smart and knew what he was talking about. The doctor helped me to get the right kind of pain relievers and wrote a presentation for the antibiotics I need. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and genuinely felt I was in the right hands.

I was hesitant at first but had no choice because I just moved (wasn’t established at a new dentist) and it was the 4th of July weekend! Denteractive was absolutely amazing! I called in the evening because I believed my sore gums over the past few days turned into what I read online as an abscess. A real dentist (Dr. Salameh) messaged me immediately and reviewed my pictures! He was incredible! Truly the real MVP! We had to end up setting up a video chat for a prescription but it was well worth it and gave me peace of mind that it looked like I caught it early! Denteractive is a real company with real, live, doctors on standby and I’m oh so grateful because I know I would’ve been in way more pain if I had to wait out the holiday weekend! 10/10 would recommend!!

Denteractive was great! I had an infected tooth over the holiday weekend. Shawn got me set up for an telemed appointment quickly and the dentist Mahmoud Salameh was wonderful! So thankful for their team!

Denteractive gave me a helpful second opinion about the use of antibiotics given strong dental pain after a root canal treatment. The first dentist I was matched with didn't know how to help me and didn't quite understand my question. Then an associate from Denteractive reached out to me, understood the situation and matched me with another dentist who was qualified to help. While the website is clunky and has issues, the people behind it are genuinely trying to help you, so feel free to give it a try!
