Dr. Kaplan has been Bruno's dentist since he was a baby, and now, at 11 years old, he still looks forward to seeing her. That alone speaks volumes about the incredible care she provides. Dr. Kaplan is kind, attentive, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her patients. She always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes both children and parents feel comfortable and confident. Over the years, she has consistently provided outstanding care, and we are truly grateful to have her as Bruno's dentist. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk staff has been the complete opposite. They are often unwelcoming, unhelpful, and come across as rude and dismissive. Simple interactions can feel unpleasant due to their attitude and lack of professionalism. It is disappointing because the level of customer service at the front desk does not reflect the exceptional quality of care provided by Dr. Kaplan. To be completely honest, the only reason we have remained with this practice for so many years is Dr. Kaplan. She is an extraordinary dentist and an even more extraordinary person. Her dedication, compassion, and professionalism are the reason families like ours continue to return year after year.

Had my first cleaning with Gus this morning and had such a great experience! He was so personable, communicative about the process, and made me feel comfortable during the appointment. He made sure there was space to ask questions and that I understood his responses. He took great care of me and I had one of the best experiences that I’ve ever had at the dentist. 10/10 highly recommend

Dr. Kendall is wonderful. The entire staff was not only kind to me and attentive, checking on my comfort level repeatedly, they were visibly kind to each other. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I was given a detailed estimate of the work I wanted done, Dr. Kendall listened to what I wanted, provided feedback on what would be possible and she executed it so well. I am happy with my dental work and look forward to coming back on my 2 week follow-up. Thank you Park Smiles team!

It's been about a year since my last dental cleaning and didn't like that experience, so I wanted to try a new office - naturally I was nervous with experiencing a new hygienist. To my surprise, I was introduced and handled perfectly by Gus, the dental hygienist. He was incredible! Patient, delicate, meticulous, and hugely experienced in his field. The entire experience from entering into the office, to working with Gus, sharing a few laughs, to exiting was shockingly a delight.

Dr. Shari is an incredibly professional and amazing dentist — very careful, meticulous, and detail-oriented. Gustavo was wonderful as amazing. This was my first teeth cleaning, so I didn’t know what to expect, but it turned out to be a great experience. I’m already looking forward to my next cleaning — and it will definitely be with Gustavo.

Had our first experience at park smiles pediatric, was able to call and get a same day emergency appointment. Staff was very helpful and quick. Dr. Kaplan was amazing! She was so sweet and patient talking to our child about the whole process and throughout of what was going to happen and what she was doing making our child so calm and relaxed. It was an amazing experience.

During my initial visit, Gus, the hygienist, did an absolutely amazing job of helping me feel comfortable with the services and then cleaned my teeth painlessly. He pointed out a few problem areas, which Dr. Ginsberg later confirmed needed attention. It was a terrific experience from start to finish.
