Very friendly. Hygienist was so nice and professional. Made me feel comfortable with small talk. X-rays and cleaning were quick and easy, I would say the best experience in getting my teeth clean. Dentist came in and was very nice, kind and gentle with my teeth. Explained everything clearly. Definitely would recommend.

The customer service is always above and beyond, and their expertise in dentistry is exceptional. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire staff. A special thank you to Jessica, who went out of her way to help me even on her day off. That level of dedication and care is truly rare. Highly recommend! My families dentist and orthodontist for almost 2 decades.

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but after multiple appointments I feel I need to share my experience with Dr. K. During one appointment, Dr. K approached me, told me to open my mouth, and immediately injected anesthetic without warning me first. I flinched from the pain and later learned numbing gel had not been used beforehand. When I expressed concern, I was told that Dr. K "had a lot going on," which made me feel dismissed and uncomfortable during treatment. At my most recent visit, numbing gel was finally applied, but the injection was given almost immediately afterward. My gums were already very tender, and I could still feel every poke and injection. I was visibly in pain and had tears in my eyes afterward. The dental assistant checked on me and acknowledged that more time should have been given before starting the injections. The biggest issue for me throughout this experience has been the lack of communication, compassion, and patient comfort. I left feeling anxious, unheard, and no longer comfortable continuing care with this provider. I understand dental procedures are not always comfortable, but patients still deserve to feel informed, respected, and cared for during treatment.

This is the best dentist I have ever had. They are fast, efficient, & clearly explain procedures. They performed a cleaning, a filling repair (from another dentist), a new filling, and a deep cleaning to correct gym issues. I never thought I would say this, but I'm looking forward to going to the dentist again. Thank you Toothtime Team!

I had an excellent experience at Toothtime! I saw Dr. M and Terri today, and they were amazing. Both were professional, gentle, and kind. They took the time to clearly explain every step of the treatment. The entire team was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Toothtime to anyone looking for outstanding dental care!
