If you want personal attention and absolutely top quality care, go see Dr. Joon Sun. Long story short recently another practice had done a root canal and there were some post complications, and I got in touch with Dr. Sun and she helped me navigate and figure out the whole situation on email and text messages. She even replied on Sunday because my extraction was scheduled for Monday early morning hours. She is dedicated. Very knowledgeable. Helpful. Straight shooter. You will get transparency and wonderful care. Highly recommend. Also the office manager Shari is great. Always replies on texts.

I had a great first-time experience with White Eagle Family Dentist. Brenda was my hygienist and she took very good care of me. She answered all my questions and made me feel very at ease (I usually hate the dentist). Doctor Sun was also very kind and knowledgeable and she seemed to truly care about me and my dental health. Everything was clean and everyone was very friendly. I also appreciate their COVID screening process and procedures. I felt safe and in good hands. I definitely recommend this practice. 5 Stars!

Dr. Sun and her staff are always so friendly! I’ve never been a big fan of going to the dentist but I definitely don’t dread coming here like I have with dental offices in the past. The front desk is very easy to work with and welcomes me with a smile. The hygienists do a great job; I’ve never had a bad conversation with any of them and I feel they finish in a timely manner as well as hit all my checkpoints in a cleaning! Each time I’ve had more serious work done the assistants have been lovely and very accommodating/understanding that I’m a little nervous (which helps a lot!) And Dr. Sun is definitely one of sweetest dentists I’ve ever had, plus she’s great at what she does! My teeth have been looking and feeling great since I’ve started going here.

I was terrified of going to the dentist after bad experiences in childhood and into adulthood. My teeth have always been a sensitive topic for me and I have genuinely struggled finding a dentist that is gentle, genuine, and honest. Dr.Sun and all of her staff were amazing. Sheri at the front desk made me feel so welcomed upon my arrival, as did my hygienist Lisa. Lisa was INCREDIBLE. She was so gentle, gave me as many breaks as I needed, talked me through everything, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible given the pain I was feeling from my procedure. While it wasn’t fun, I always felt in control and informed and she consistently applied a topical anesthetic to help with the pain. As soon as Dr.Sun came into the room, I knew for sure I found my dentist! She was so bubbly and sweet, and came up with an action plan for how to get me back on track with my dental health keeping in mind that I am terrified of dentists and dental treatments. While other dental offices in the past made me feel shame, this dental office made me feel cared for. I am excited to see Dr.Sun and her staff again in the future!

Dr Sun is just the best. Very professional and reliable. Open and honest communication, highly skilled, they take their time for you and make you feel comfortable. Also for kids a great place to go, my kids like going to the dentist now. I would highly recommend her. Also, no billing isues at all. They are very open and clear, very friendly, patient and they put a lot of effort into communication with your insurance to get the best out of your insurance.

Dr. Sun is truly the best dentist I have ever had. I live in the city and do not like driving in traffic but I make an exception to go to Dr. Sun's office. She truly cares about her patients. She always recommends what is best for her patients and never forces patients into doing something that is unnecessary. Her procedures are top notch. Her staffs are super friendly and always welcome me with a smile. I have recommend Dr.Sun to many of my friends and I would recommend to anyone.

The unprofessional-ism of this post response from their office speaks volumes. First, it wasn't an emergency procedure; if it was, is that supposed to be disclosed on a public site? Legally? Let's be clear, I NEVER received several bills. Also, as mentioned in my prior comments, I inquired several times if I would have a follow up bill. I just didn't want any surprises... Finally, I am not going to argue with a business on a review about my personal file. I was general and stated facts. Have a good day. The visit was okay, typical dentist appointment. The horrible part was billing. I inquired at the office, if I would receive any further bills after the visit. The receptionist promised I wouldn't. The FOLLOWING year, I received a bill of $24, ignored the bill. It was a year later and I thought it was a mistake due to the fact the receptionist promised me no additional cost, insurance covered everything. Decided to go to a different dentist, requested my ex rays to be sent to the new dentist. The same receptionist stated she is unable to send ex rays, there is a $80 balance. WHAT? It went from $0 to $24 to $80. That is horrible! I visited them in 2015 it is now 2018....
