Naperville Family Dentists - Nicholas P. Primiano, DDS, Diane M. Mach, DDS

I found Dr. Primiano a little over a year ago when the dentist I had seen for years had to leave his practice. Dr. Primiano is outstanding. He is highly professional and efficient. I enjoy my conversations with him whenever I visit. Everyone in the office is very polite and welcoming. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.

Dr. Primiano is a friendly and personable dentist. That of course includes his professionalism as a dentist. My daughter and I have been going to his dental practice for almost 5 years. We have been very pleased. We both have been seen by Dr Mach as well. They make a dental experience a pleasant experience!! I do not hesitate to recommend them both.

Drs Mach and Primiano are very friendly and very good at what they do! I have alot of work needed and they are experts at helping me decide how to proceed and what to do first. They always help me maximize my insurance benefits so that I limit my out of picket expense.

Dr. Primiano & Dr. Mach are awesome!! I've never been to an office that actually sees their patients on time. It was quite refreshing. They were both very professional and answered all my questions. The staff was very nice and very knowledgeable. Dr. Primiano specializes in cosmetic dentistry and his restorations are impeccable. So Happy to have found this office:)

6/24/2024 This was my third visit and.... as usual... great experience... Dr. Primiano is patient, gentle and is extremely proficient. His staff are a very dedicated team, who work together and care about their patients.

I walked into the office with a broken and missing front tooth. I was embarrassed, felt ugly and devastated. The staff was amazing! I have a terrible fear of dentists and they were friendly and put me at ease. Dr Primiano was a tooth magician! He created a tooth that nobody could tell was fake. That same day! He was honest about my choices of treatment, and I trust him with my care. I am recommending Dr.Primiano and his assistant to my family and friends.

I just want to share my experience; I went in for a routine cleaning along with my 2 year old first time. Dr. Mach was great with my son. There was miscommunication with my insurance, I was told it would be accepted but later found out it was out of network. I was a sent a bill that was significantly high for just a cleaning. I contacted the office and the technician was apologetic about not being clear, she spoke to the Doctors and my issue was resolved. Very professional and caring office. It was a grand gesture and If my insurance changes I’ll be returning to the office for sure! Thank you Doctors Primiano and Mach!
