The staff does a wonderful job of keeping detailed notes, which helps ensure your appointment is smooth and efficient. Everyone on the team works well together, and it’s clear they have a good system in place—it's always the same familiar faces. Unlike other places where the staff keeps changing and no one seems to know what's happening, here you can feel confident that things are well-organized. I highly recommend this place! Plus, they always make sure you’re not waiting longer than five minutes in the waiting room, which is so refreshing.

Dr brown and staff are fantastic. Very gentle and thorough care and communication on treatment. Excellent for pediatric care as well. Very accommodating for kids. My two daughters love coming and ask when they get to come back!

I’ve been a patient here for some time and generally like the dentist and staff, which is why this experience was disappointing. The crown on my implant has now fallen out three times. This was the first time I was charged, with the explanation that it related to my deductible. However, had the crown not failed again, there would have been no charge — so it felt unfair to pay due to a recurring issue. A staff member explained that the work is not guaranteed and that the crown may be coming loose because I have fewer teeth and may be placing extra pressure on it. While I appreciate the explanation, this is something I feel should have been anticipated, discussed, and addressed earlier — especially after multiple failures. After three occurrences, I expected more support rather than continued repairs and added costs. I left feeling disappointed and less confident in the long-term reliability of the work.

I was referred by a family member and I am so glad I listened because this place is top notch. Great dental care and a helpful staff. The dentist explained all of my options to get my teeth healthy and looking their best.

Dr. Brown and his team are great! Honest, great at what they do and just a wonderful practice. Can't say enough positive things and recommend to anyone looking for a dentist!
