I had such a wonderful experience at my daughter’s tooth whitening appointment! Dr. Mazzei was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire visit. She made us feel completely comfortable, explained everything clearly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was happy with the results. I couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend Dr. Mazzei to anyone looking for outstanding dental care and a genuinely caring doctor! Dr. Mazzei’s entire staff is friendly, put us at ease, and her office is fantastic, too. Dr. Mazzei and her staff are wonderful. They are kind, caring and efficient. My mother, brothers and I been patients this practice since I was a child. This has even become the dentist for many of my extended family members because the treatment here is phenomenal. Some even travel from the south suburbs (over 1 hour travel time) because the quality of care is well worth it! Thank you to this team.

My experience was exceptional! The office is beautiful, very clean, and pleasing to the eye. The background music is most enjoyable to listen to while waiting. The office staff is friendly, personable, and professional. Dr. Susan treats you like a part of her family. She explains your condition in a manner that could be understood. She goes above and beyond in your appointment with you.

From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. I was given a warm hello from the front desk staff to my dental hygienist Cheyenne. The Dr. was friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me great information and service. No one tried to do any services that I didn’t need. I’m happy I found a great dental office!

I had a very pleasant time with wonderful people that tried hard to keep me happy. I did realize there were many patients to please and they did their best. I was only disappointed (as were they) because the tooth did not fit! "If at first you don’t succeed, try try again".
