I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Daw and can’t recommend them enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for. I’ve never been a fan of dental work, but Dr. Daw and Katie took the time to calm my nerves and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Their bedside manner is excellent—kind, patient, and reassuring. They were also very thorough in explaining everything, which helped me feel more at ease and confident in my treatment. What stood out most was how well they listened and responded to my concerns. Overall, a truly positive experience. I’m very grateful to have found a dentist who combines skill with such a caring approach.

I’m (sorta-new) to Napa and I mentioned I was looking for a dentist at the dog park and about 5 of my Daily Doggie group folks recommended Dr. John Daw! So I went there today for a consultation Exam and so far it’s been a very pleasant, very positive and very hopeful visit. Everyone in the office & the Dental staff are pleasant and Kind and treated me with respect. Dr. Daw is an incredible, uplifting & optimistic Dentist. I’m pretty sure I found my Dentist!! ❤️🤘

What a pleasure to visit John Daw's ofc. for dental work! The front staff are delightful, welcoming, helpful, very approachable! The dental assistant, Christina, whom I have had the pleasure of knowing is a gem. She is most pleasant. It's readily apparent there is a positive, respectful, professional standard in this office. Dr. Daw is congenial, too, but it is Dr. Marcello who has taken care of the bulk of my dental work. She is another wonderful part of the A Team too!

Dr. Daw is a very kind, thorough dentist who responds quickly to concerns. He is calm and answers all your questions. I never feel rushed. This office wants to provide quality dental care. They do not make up things to fix that don’t need fixing as I have seen first hand in other offices. His dental hygienist Cyndi is fabulous and thorough as well. I’ve heard nothing but great things about the rest of the staff that work in this office as well. The front office staff is so knowledgeable, responsive, respectful, and helpful. I know this isn’t always the case in other offices. The entire practice is just exceptional!

On my first visit to Dr. Daw, DDS I was treated with respect, kindness, and listened to for exactly what calmed my concerns. I felt the assistant what very helpful and the Dr. took time to explain, exam and answer all my questions. This was the very best dental experience I have had over my 60+ years. All the staff are excellent. Knowledgeable, caring and engaging. They are truly a team committed to the best care possible for the patients and, I would submit, each other. Today, Dr. Daw’s Registered Dental Assistant Andrea shared with me an April Fool’s Day prank that she pulled on Dr. Daw. I subsequently talked with him and he confirmed its hilarity .When a dentist and staff can demonstrate that kind of trust it underscores how they take care of each other and subsequently their patients. Yes I am serious. At my age I have spent many years in other dental offices that are regrettably very different.

This dental practice facility is top notch in all regards.. Dr Daw is very professional, congenial and forthright. Doesn't try and gouge you with unnecessary dental care and procedures like most of the other dental offices in Napa that I've been involved with. And his fees are very reasonable compared to other NAPA dentists.
