AVOID THIS PLACE. This was my second time there both experiences were horrible. Nina or Nita the front office person is horrible. Very unprofessional and Inadequate at her job. She made a mistake about my deductible. She was very hostile and made me feel unsafe. She was very adamant about me paying a $50 deductible that later when she spoke to my insurance company, she looked me up wrong in her system and I did not have to pay the deductible. She did issue me a refund. Today I had another appointment. She handed me a paper saying "oh I knew you were gonna be upset about the co-pay that you have to pay so I printed this out for you" Very condescending attitude. She is very hostile and very unprofessional this was my second and last time at this practice. The dentist is unprofessional, letting your receptionist talk to your patient in that manner and to raise her voice just because she thinks she is right and has been doing this job for a long time. I get everyone makes mistakes however Nina or Nita and the dentist should have apologize and made it right. Instead the situation was made worse. I do not recommend this practice. I would recommend to stay away this practice is horrible.

Had 2 extractions today with Dr Quach, 1 bad tooth and a wisdom. I didn’t even know she’s done pulling my wisdom tooth! She made sure I was pain free during the entire process, very reassuring and she has gentle hands too! The staff are friendly and accommodating. Charges are transparent before they do anything. Dr Quach recommends procedures in order, that’s within your financial capacity and provides options within your budget. Highly recommended!

Dr. Anh Thu Quach and her staff have provided excellent basic dental care to my wife and me for about one year. We are pleasantly surprised (because of some nasty reviews on Yelp) by her patience to listen and give advise to keep the costs reasonable. The staff is nothing like what those bad reviews claim it to be. Above all, we like that Dr. Quach does a lot of Hygienist work herself, ensuring good quality. We wish she could provide more services (like surgical extraction, root canal etc).

I like small dental office because it feels more intimate than large, flashy, business-like ones. My experience here includes normal check-up, a minor cavity filling, a one root canal, and all of them went smoothly without issues. Dr. Quach gave advices that I truly needed, and I should have listened to her when she told me to redo the crown because every time I look at it I think the color should be darker like what she said.

I hate the dentists and fear the pain of all the poking, picking and prodding but Dr. Quash is AMAZING! She is so kind and gentle, I can’t imagine going anywhere else. She does excellent work and her and the staff are very accommodating. If you are looking for a new dentist, your search is over.

I've been Dr. Quach's patient for years and I just can't see myself going to another dentist. I currently live in Orange County but every 6 months, I drive an hour and a half to see her. She is kind and honest. Her staff is professional and courteous. I highly recommend her!!!
