My nightmare is over, thanks to Dr. Rania. Let me explain why. I did not know until my old best dentist in Temecula, that had passed away over a year, that I had lost my best one. My nightmare became crazy. I found another best dentist in Murrieta. She made my nightmare go away. She is highly recommended. I would encourage anyone to visit her. She will make your nightmare go away.

Came in 30 minutes before my 9a.m appointment ,only to find out this appointment they scheduled me for isn't covered by my insurance. in wich I spoke to them before about my insurance, if it doesn't cover don't schedule me for an appointment. Again this was the 2nd time they tried collecting out of pocket expense. Last time I was covered they still tried charging me, along with a hole in my tooth from a filling that I was told by the dr would be fixed from the last visit. In wich the 2 receptionist in front says no notes were left so an exam and x ray would need to be done. And that the Dr wouldn't remember off the top of her head what she told me . When there's an obvious whole in my tooth. From the filling not being done right, long story short I was told it would be a long wait when I still had 15 minutes until my appointment. Unprofessional from the Dr not writing proper notes to the receptionist not knowing how to do there job correctly and ask a simple ? To the dr. (EDIT UPDATE JAN 8TH I HAD A RESCHEDULE AND I CAME IN WAS TOLD THEY DIDNT WANT TO SEE ME BASED ON THE REVIEW I LEFT I ASKED WHY WASNT I CALLED AND INFORMED MY APPOINTMENT WOULD BE CANCELED THEY HAD NO EXPLANATION THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING FROM THE DR NOT FIXING HER MISTAKES TO THE RECEPTIONIST PLAYING GAMES WITH PEOPLES TIME.

Dr. Georgie and dental assistant Daisy were excellent, professional and made a visit to the dentist actually enjoyable. This is not easy to do in my book. I will return and look forward to working with copper canyon smiles in the future. Come check them out and see for yourself. Another added bonus they also accept denti cal which is a huge upside.

She did a crown on a molar. She and her assistant seemed to have fun yakking away while doing the procedure but forgot that I had my mouth open the whole time. The crown color was off, sizing was off and fitting was off too. To top it off, I noticed a charge for a procedure that she didn’t perform. For her credit, she did refund it without difficulties when I confronted her.

Dr Ranai and her staff was very friendly and nice. The doctor fully explained what was happening and gave me options. Overall I had a very pleasant experience.
