From the moment I walked in, Yahaira🌷the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Scheduling was easy, wait times were minimal, and they made sure I understood every part of the process. Dentist Dr. Cervantes🫶 and The entire team Julia🌹, Marisela🌼, and Mayra🌸 Tonya✨ were professional, patient, and genuinely caring. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. It’s rare to find a dental office where customer service feels this personal and attentive. I left feeling respected, informed, and confident in the care I received. If you’re looking for a dentist office in Moreno Valley that treats patients with kindness and professionalism, I highly recommend this place!

Literally 0/10. Terrible service and very unprofessional staff. Have had my mom go there and family friends and have all had terrible experiences. Every single time it’s more than an 1.5 hour wait to be taken in & then not seen. They also argue they haven’t been paid when we have the charge on our statement and receipt. The bibs are old and falling apart. Overall, the team and management needs a lot of work at this location. Listen to the reviews of your community!

Been coming here since I was a kid and now I bring my son here. Great staff and great service. I recommend highly. Thank you to all the kind staff members for keeping my smile bright 😁

Wonderful office that ratings are old and I’m in my 20’s and they took care of me they have staff in every age range to make you comfortable and relate to you , the outside of the building may make you think twice but trust me inside it is very clean and they are all very nice and helpful glad I found them , they get stuff done I’m glad I took a chance and it was successful for my dental needs and to find a friendly reliable office

This dentist has the worst customer service; they also use rusty dental tools and like fighting with their patients while getting dental work done.

sucks, i had a person who i didnt talk to me and only spoke spanish do my polishing, idk what was her position in the office, other dentist dont talk, had my last dentist take my calculus off and did not probe my gums and did not talk to me about the proceedure. terrible... i had to ask about the health of my teeth and about the proceedure that they wanna do
