Llame para agendar una cita al número de teléfono de SERVICIO AL PASIENTE , y tuve la suerte que me atendieta una señorita llamada Ana , le estoy dando 5 estrellas por que no esta la opción de ponerle mil estrellas, ella me atendió con unas ganas de ayudar al paciente ,vaya que no tiene explicación ,no tengo palabras para describir su amabilidad , su atención, me dio toda la información que necesitaba saber , todas las explicaciones , no dejo que me quedara con ninguna duda , me ayudó agendar mi cita en esta clínica la verdad que no tengo palabras para describir su buen trabaja . Estoy sumamente agradecia con la señorita Ana . Miles de estrellas para Ana ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I've always had stupid good luck at picking or lucking into great Healthcare providers, today was no different. The entire staff was just awesome. Dr. Meyer and her dental assistant (wish I could remember her name) were fantastic. Had some rather extensive unplanned dental work and for some up until today has only a 2 procedures in 50 years they really treated me well and put me at ease. Mortenson Dental in Hikes Point I will wholeheartedly recommend you guys and gals.

I have never had such a bad experience with a dental company before. They should remove the word "Family" from their name, because they are a conglomerate, not a family organization. I’ve waited nearly a year for a simple dentist appointment. I’ve had my appointment cancelled, despite confirming my reservation. I’ve had my appointment transferred, after they said they would reach out to me to apologize (which they never did). And now it turns out, despite scheduling another appointment, the dentist they wanted me to see is only available one day, which means I would have to wait another 3 months. This company is shameful. How can they treat their patients like this? All I wanted was a simple check-up and cleaning, and they have treated me with nothing but deceit, contempt, and neglect. I have never had such a bad experience with a dental company before. This is unacceptable.

Dr. Meyer ensures that as a patient, you understand what’s happening in your mouth and laying out a course of action to keep things in great shape. Nikki is a fantastic hygienist- one of the best, in my experience. I’m glad I ran into my hygienist from years ago who let me know where the office had relocated to while I was out of state. This team is the greatest!!

Erica was absolutely wonderful during my appointment today—she was warm, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her friendly personality and professionalism truly made the visit a pleasant experience. I cannot wait to try all her recommendations.

Always a great experience! Dr. Meyer is fabulous and this is the best office staff you’ll find anywhere! They’re also great with my toddler and even though I’ve moved out of the area, I’ll always drive back to continue care here!

The entire staff is friendly and Nikki does an awesome job on my teeth. She goes above and beyond to ensure that I have my x-rays on schedule and review any potential issues with Dr. Meyer. Thank you, Nikki and Dr. Meyer!
