We’ve had the best experience at Marcel Orthodontics. Dr Marcel and his staff are wonderful! We are just starting phase two and love that they keep up with the latest technology to keep track of how she is progressing without having to come into the office all the time. We highly recommend Dr Marcel!

We are so happy with the treatment both of my sons have received at Marcel Orthodontics. The doctors and staff are wonderful, always very kind and welcoming. The treatment plan and timeline for both boys were explained clearly from the beginning and have been accurate. My younger son’s case is a bit more complex and requires two phases of treatment. We’ve felt confident and well informed every step of the way. I’m impressed with the care they’ve received and the beautiful results of their smiles. Highly recommend!

Warning: Predatory billing and unethical record handling. We had a single visit to Marcel Orthodontics to have braces put on my daughter. We were never informed they were out-of-network with Aetna until after the fact. On the same day the braces were placed (12/22), the office collected over $1,435 from our insurance and our down payment. When we decided to transfer care immediately after that one visit, they hit us with another bill for $809.88, claiming they are entitled to 30% of the entire $7,400+ treatment quote for "AI monitoring" and "case work" that never actually happened. They are essentially trying to charge over $2,245 for a single visit. Most disturbingly, they sent us an email stating they will NOT release my daughter’s medical records until we pay this disputed $800 balance. This is a direct violation of HIPAA and medical ethics. Holding a child's medical records "hostage" for money is a disgraceful business practice. Parents: read the fine print carefully and check your insurance status yourself, because this office will not be transparent with you.

My son looks forward to his appointments every time we come! Thank you for making his orthodontic experience so comfortable and rewarding.

The staff are so friendly and caring. Gentle with kids and patient with explaining things to make sure they understand! Love this place!

Barely started treatment and already loving it! I had to switch from another orthodontist because we moved and I honestly wish we always had Dr. Marcel! My mom and her siblings went here when they were young and loved it! Everyone was so kind and helpful! 10/10 would recommend!!
