Just wanted to say my experience was outstanding at this office! Denise was exceptional as well as the entire staff. Even after a rough morning they still handled me with care and smiles. Thank you! Definitely recommend and they accept all kinds of insurances and I have always been treated great.

IF I COULD NOT PUT A STAR THAT WOULD BE MY OPTION! DR. ADKINS IS VERY RUDE!!! POOR BEDSIDE MANNER, DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO DO HER JOB CORRECTLY!! NOT TO MENTION SHE SHOVED MY PHONE DOWN 2x OUT OF MY HAND WITHOUT SAYING A WORD TO ME FIRST! (I was on my phone before she even was in there to look at my mouth). I had a chipped tooth that needed to be fixed, no numbing was done prior before the filling, rushed work, didn’t do a bite test on the rubber, touched my tooth beside it knowing nothing was wrong with it, etc!! I have sensitive teeth, she didn’t even care. Caused me pain. After everything was done, the filling is not correct and she proceeded to tell me to leave because I was "being rude" and DIDN’T like that I told her something was still wrong. She told me I wasn’t allowed back! TRUST ME I WILL NOT GO BACK EVER!!! I have been to several dentists and never experienced this type of work or behavior! I was always numbed when having a filling done for my chipped tooth because of how it was. I was always listened to with better clarity, behavior, and never had anyone not give me a bite test for my filling that was done. ALL THESE POOR REVIEWS BELIEVE THEM!! IM SORRY TO ANYONE THAT THAT HAS EXPERIENCED THIS WITH HER! TO ME DR. ADKINS SHOULD GO BACK TO SCHOOL TO LEARN HOW TO BE A DENTIST AND LEARN RESPECT!!

Dr Adkins really cares she and her staff make your time there awesome Dr Adkins is very through and really educated and is quick to tell you what she is going to do for your teeth she helped me get a pair of dentures without any COST which took a lot of her time getting paid but she got me the dentures and finally after months got paid. With being on food stamps and Medicaid I spent weeks looking for a dentist when I arrived at her office I knew that it was a professional dental office she doesn't have to help the low income her office is not set up for people barely making so don't expect a free dentist experience her waiting room has Medicare patients paying. Make an appointment there is no way if you really need to save money on a SSI or SSD check that you can go wrong no way

VERY RUDE and I highly do not recommend. The staff told me to be more positive when I came out of town to bring my mom to her appointment, I had PT/OT for a solid 2 hours before her appt due to a brain injury, all the way to her scheduled appointment, and THEY had not got the pre-approval first resulting in ANOTHER rescheduled appointment. I have never dealt with a professional medical office that scheduled and kept appointments without getting the pre-authorization first AND without notifying the patient before they showed up for their appointment out of town. Good thing I had restraint for my mom's benefit.

The 1 star is solely for Dr. Adkins employees. They are always so nice and professional. Then you meet Dr. Adkins. Rude, unprofessional, and demeaning to lgbtq+ partnerships. My partner and I were at her office today and not only did she have us waiting 2 hours past our appointment time, but she looked at my partners teeth for less than 5 minutes and told her that cleaning would take too long and she would need to reschedule…although her appointment was for a cleaning! No respect for patients time as this was the second attempt at getting a cleaning, she decided to take off 2 weeks ago for a vacation and rescheduled our prior appointment that had been scheduled for months. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Hello, I just had a very sore tooth and Dr. Adkins took me in and pulled the infected tooth. She is very people friendly and enjoys seeing her patients. Also for you men out there Dr. Adkins is quite beautiful. Honestly she's great. Check her out.

Dr. Adkins and the receptionists have been kind and super helpful every time I come in. I'm so relieved to have finally found an understanding and patient dentist/dentist office! Highly recommend!
