This review is for a huge shout out and thank you to Rena and Michelle at Shannon Dental. Over 30 years ago, I was prescribedMinocycline for mild acne, however, the drastic side effect is it discolored my teeth for nearly half my life. I’ve felt self-conscious about it, and always thought people were looking at the discoloration when they talked to me. A kid once asked me why my teeth were so blue and people have asked me in the past if I liked to drink a lot of coffee. I was so self conscious. I then had a procedure done to resurface my top teeth and they look fantastic!They were so nice and caring while making me feel comfortable. I now can speak to others without having that nagging voice in the back of my head! I now can speak to people with confidence, knowing that my teeth are "normal" now and I’m so pleased with the results!Thank you very much! I am forever grateful!

Dentist Michael Shannon & hygienists provide decent services, but be careful when calling, having to speak to front desk (Chelsea) it’s a nightmare. This receptionist has poor customer skills, this receptionist will speak to you in a condescending manner as if she thinks she’s the doctor herself. It’s so very unfortunate. Time to find a new dental clinic because having to by-pass this receptionist to see the dentist/hygienists or at the end of every appointment when it’s time to pay is a gamble you never know what attitude you’ll receive depending on their mood.

We could not be happier with Shannon Dental! The Dentists, the hygienists, the office staff treated us like family from the moment we walked through the door. I was pleased with the office staff for all their assistance even before our new insurance became effective! I cannot recommend Shannon Dental highly enough!

Wonderfully pleasant office staff, dental hygienist, and dentist. Relaxing atmosphere, state of the art technology, and thorough exam. Dr. Shannon took his time explaining the treatment plan so I understood it. Highly recommend!

Dr. Shannon and his staff provided me with an excellent experience. I was nervous about seeing a new dentist after my insurance changed. I can now say I found a new dentist that I could trust. Dr. Shannon and Jackie (dental assistant) took the time to explain the details of what my treatment plan entails. They both answered all my questions and concerns. I would recommend Dr. Shannon’s dental office for all your dental needs.

The worst dentist one can have. I choose this place because very few dentists in the town accept the Delta Care plan. The plan sucks, so is the dentist. Despite coming on time for my scheduled procedure, i always end up waiting for more than two hours in the clinic before seeing the doctor. He works on three or four patients at the same time. It is common to wait more than an hour after they give me anesthesia. I am always concerned about whether the anesthesia is still effective by the time the doctor comes. I remember the assistant suggesting additional anesthesia a couple of times. The last time i visited the clinic, they suggested filling a tooth i never had a problem with. But after they "filled," I started having pain from that tooth within 3 months, and it seemed most of the filling was already gone. It worth changing my dental plan to have a better service some where else. I regret being a patient at this place.

I do not recommend them, the time for them to give you an appointment is very long. I was also charged for dental cleaning, although my insurance did include it.
