Te dicen que te pueden atender y después salen conque otro día y te sacan radiografías sin sentido no te preguntan cual es tu molestia o a que vas ellos con sus radiografías quieren hacerte lo que ellos quieran sin preguntar en realidad cual es el problema pura perdida de tiempo

Son buenos en su trabajo, pero prefiero otro lugar donde acepten mis dos aseguranzas, para la cobertura toral de los procedimientos.

The Staff is so kind and caring. They cared very much about my comfort and experience. They got me in as soon as they could which I really appreciated. They explained my treatment plan very well, so I have no questions regarding current and future treatment. I highly recommend this clinic if you want genuine professional care.

I was hesitant to go from the get-go. Staff is nice, doctor seem great. When I got my "plan," the hygienist, added things that I feel are unnecessary. All I wanna do is get my teeth cleaned and have the tooth fixed that I need to get fixed. My cleaning with insurance was going to cost me $400 in itself with all the extra things they added. I pay almost $2000 a month for insurance. I’m not paying $400 extra for her plan. All I wanted was my cleaning and tooth fixed. What a scam!

Staff is attentive and helpful. Even though I'm a ball of anxiety, they are very understanding. They take time to explain what you need. Even with my last minute cancelation wasn't an issue for them. I would recommend to anyone on a budget to see these kind people.

*edit* Super frustrating that now I see their main focus is to get people to get implants. I called to ask for help regarding an allergic reaction to an antibiotic they prescribed me. I was told that they would send something over at first but then that changed and i was told that I would have to commit to implants to receive help about the antibiotic??? I am so confused because I came to them for help with one tooth that needed pulled and now they dont even want to help because im not getting more work done than that? I am so disappointed because as you can tell from my previous rating I left there very happy. I dont know i will chance it again Unfortunately. Honestly probably one of the better dental experiences I've had. Lexie was super patient and understanding with me while she took my xrays and got me set up with the dentist. The hygienist (sorry I dont think I caught your name) she looked over my gums and answered all my questions which I really appreciated. The dentist was straight forward with what he could do and what the next steps would be for my care. He was willing to take care of things that my previous dentist did not. And last but not least, Libsey (sorry if I dont spell that right) was super helpful about explaining and breaking down the cost of each item of my future care. Thank you all!
