After moving from Chicago, our family spent a year searching for a trustworthy dentist in Palm Coast. After 2 negative experiences with clinics in Palm Coast pushing unnecessary treatments/using scare tactics, finding Dr. Shaeffer was a breath of fresh air and a huge relief. He is a genuine professional who only recommends absolutely necessary procedures. We’ve had fillings and crown replacements here, and the quality is excellent. They are accommodating with various insurances and, despite the 1 hour drive, the honesty and integrity of this practice make it completely worth the trip. Highly recommended. Also, The lady at the front desk - Raquel is super sweet, very responsive and personable. This is the kind of dentistry that is welcoming, family friendly, effective and cost-efficient without any compromising on care.

STOP! Look NO further! This IS the BEST dentist in jacksonville & northeast FL area, hands down. My family has been with this dentist since we relocated here back in 2004. He is, as I overheard a patient say today, an "old school dentist", meaning old school work ethic with modern technology. No corporate feel or vibe as this is your true family run & patient focused dental practice. You only get exactly what you need for dental care & no nickle & diming adding on treatments for the sake of increased revenue. The entire office staff is very nice, polite, friendly, & professional & treats & makes you feel like you are family. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed by the nicest receptionist & then quickly by the nicest hygienist. The practice is extremely clean, comfortable & in a convenient location, central to southside area & St. Johns. You will not be disappointed.

i LOVE coming here and ive been through many dentistries and this is by far one of the best ones ive been to. They truly care about costumers and arent money hungry, their service is great and all faculty feels like family!

I recommend this office more than anywhere else I've ever been to! Had another office quote me $1000 for a crown but Dr Shaeffer was able to save my tooth with a filling for an extremely reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Shaffer was amazing! He treated me with care, and was gentle, earning the title of my new dentist! Rochelle was also very kind, and made my weekend!

My experiences with Dr. Shaeffer have been exceptional. He communicates well with the patient and does not do any unnecessary work or procedures. It has been a number of years now and everything that he has done has been done well and proven to be correct with no problems. Raquel is also a rock star with administration helping with insurance and appointments.
