Siempre he tenido citas con el odontologo, usaba aparatos dentales y siempre había tenido buena experiencia con anteriores odotonlogos pero en este sitio había una "doctora" COLOMBIANA que no tuvo etica y no fue nada profesional, me maltrató mi boca, se burlo de mi y me dijo cosas muy feas. Horrible experiencia, ojala no siga maltratando otros pacientes!!!!!

UPDATE: I got a bill for $135, the woman I called in billing said it was a mistake and that she'd take care of it for me. Today I got a bill for $155. The new woman in billing said I had to pay up. This is bs. !! They literally only brushed her teeth! The receptionist on 9/11/25 went above and beyond to help get my toddlers teeth looked at, that was spectacular. THEN the dental assistants and the Dentist were amazing to my toddler. Thanks for putting up with the crying!

I went in there today to see if I qualified for dental work. Erica the receptionist was nothing but kind and helpful. I hope everyone I deal with there is as kind as her.

I adore my care team and everyone is so helpful and genial, including the excellent front desk personnel.

Not actually free. Was given completely false information about what they charge you. Was lied to and told it was a 35 dollar fee only, then immediately get a 300 dollar bill from them on MyChart. Also had no procedures or cleaning done just was referred to go somewhere else. A regular dental office would have done more than what I got here on a first consultation and gave me a free cleaning, and not have charged me 300.

I just visited for the 1st time for myself and my son. It was professional, clean and had friendly staff. I was able to wait outside and be called in because there were others in the waiting room. Everyone wears masks, but if you can't get an early appointment so none else is there, that's the next best option. The hygienist who worked with my son was very good with him and helped him get through the hard process of taking x-rays. I had to do a lot of x-rays to do as well (that wasn't fun!). I am used to doing everything all together (x-rays, exam, cleaning) but I was scheduled for another day for the cleaning. That would be my only suggestion to change in light of new practices that made me feel safe during this horrible covid season. I was told scheduling is different now, more staggered to limit patients to an hour. I would try to change for new patients to longer time blocks. The office is flexible to what works for you. My son is used to "getting a prize" after leaving the dentist and if individual bags are given vs letting kids choose from a toy box, that would make kids so happy right now. Either a book or a small prize in a ziplock bag is a great addition to an already great office. 🙂

I have been in so much pain for the last month with my tooth, I called this morning and the lady was so kind and helpful I was in tears. The dental office off of 16th was clean and professional. The staff were all very kind and prompt when it came to taking care of my issue. I went in today and had the tooth pulled today. Since I am unemployed at this time I didn't have to pay anything up front at all. The front desk assistant said I'd be getting the $30 bill in the mail, which is totally fine with me because that allows me to make the payment as I am able to. I would definitely go back here for any future problems! Thank you Jane Pauley Dental!
