Lane & Associates Family Dentistry - Durham Miami

This practice is SO aesthetically pleasing, clean, and has a calm, friendly energy. Jazmin and Alani were WONDERFUL each time we spoke on the phone AND at check-in/check-out. KIARA (my dental hygenist) WAS THE BEST PART OF MY WHOLE VISIT! She was so sweet, kind, thorough and easy to talk to! She took her time making sure my imaging and cleaning were done well, answered my questions, and just made me feel so relaxed. Dr. Mao (I'm PRETTY sure he was my doctor - it was a quick consult since my teeth were all good) was SUPER chill and the consult felt more like a conversation vs being in the hot seat with a provider! We even were able to schedule my next two appointments ahead of time, which helps me SO much! I am always anxious about going to the dentist, but I felt SO good coming and leaving here! THANK Y'ALL FOR WHAT YOU DO!!!!

Had such an amazing experience with having my wisdom tooth pulled, that I came back here for an issue with my crown that I had been putting off due to anxiety around my experience at my last dentist. Julienne and Dr. Mao couldn’t have been more wonderful! They were so friendly, thorough, and made me comfortable in asking questions. Based on both my experiences with Lane & Associates, I truly can’t recommend them enough.

The staff at the Miami blvd. location were so friendly and made me feel super comfortable. I’m actually looking forward to my appointments and this is coming from someone who has a huge phobia of the dentist. Shout out to Kierra and Ashanti for their warmth and kindness.

Refreshing to be greeted by a smiling face at reception. Then, we met with the dental hygienist, Heidi, who is great with children and patiently explained everything to my very inquisitive toddler. She made sure to approach everything with patience, care and worked at the pace my child was comfortable with. We later met with Dr. Tori who is extremely personable and gentle. A great first cleaning for my child. Highly recommend!

I missed the phone call for confirmation of my appointment as I was in the middle of a surgical case for work, and they canceled my appointment without my knowledge. I didn’t receive a text message or anything of the sort. They would not see me when I showed up, offering to reschedule, but I have of course already found childcare and my job is very demanding and it is extremely hard to reschedule. I would never cancel an appointment for one of my patients simply because they did not return the phone call for confirmation.

I have been going for 5 years now, and I never have a bad visit. My hygienist, Joe, is AWESOME! Today I had my teeth filling done, and it was super quick and easy. The doctor and dental assistant, John, were really sweet and accommodating. I'm really glad I chose L&A as my dentist!!

Dr. Mao is excellent! He explains things very well and he's got gentle hands. I also like to commend Mr. John , he is very knowledgeable and he walked me through every step of my procedure, I was anxious at first but I walked out with a big smile! 😁
